Study Internship

Japanese Specialty Cuisine Study Internship

After completing the Chef Course at JCI, students can undertake a training internship to learn specialized culinary techniques.
The training internship provides students with an opportunity to follow JCI's program, moving their lessons from JCI's kitchen to a full-scale professional restaurant. There, they work alongside actual new employees, learning, honing their skills, and gaining practical experience. This is a unique and highly effective method for learning directly from masters of Japanese cuisine.

For those who have completed JCI's chef training lessons for 6 weeks or more and have studied Japanese on their own:
1 week : US$  1,200
2 weeks : US$  2,400
