There are more than 20 different types of Japanese tea, and Shizuoka is No.1 prefecture of green tea production in Japan, accounting fro around 40% of all the Green tea in Japan.

Sencha, Hojicha, Genmaicha, Matcha, etc... In this course you will learn different types of tea leaves, and different methods of preparation, to become an expert in selecting teas.

You will visit green tea farms and factories to have deep understanding of tea.
