Chakaiseki has evolved as an integral part of the tea ceremony. This is a four-day course in which you will learn traditional  chakaiseki cuisine.

Traditional Chakaiseki Cuisine (4 Days)

4 days: Approximately 18–20 hours of training

Day 1: Asa-chaji

Mukozuke, Shiru, Wanmori, Susume-zakana, Shii-zakana, Hashi-arai, Hassun, Yuto, Kōnomono

Day 2: Yobanashi

Nukumukozuke, Shiru, Wanmori, Yakimono, Nabe, Shii-zakana, Hashi-arai, Hassun, Yuto, Kōnomono

Day 3: Chakaiseki

Mukozuke, Shiru, Nimonowan, Yakimono, Susume-zakana, Shii-zakana, Hashi-arai, Hassun, Yuto, Kōnomono

Day 4: Tenshin

Mukozuke, Wan, Fuchidaka, Nimono, Kōnomono
