November 30th - December 4th : Chakaiseki (Tea Kaiseki), Kaiseki Omakase Course

Chakaiseki (Tea Kaiseki) :

A traditional Japanese meal served during a tea ceremony, consisting of simple, seasonal dishes designed to complement the ritual of the tea ceremony.

Kaiseki Omakase Course :

A traditional Japanese multi-course meal where the chef selects seasonal dishes, offering a carefully curated dining experience.

December 7th-11th : Popular Japanese Cuisine

  • Sushi 1 (Nigiri Sushi: How to cook sushi rice, how to shape nigiri, and how to fillet fish)

  • Japanese Noodle Dishes (Nabeyaki Udon, Chilled Chinese Noodles)

  • Grilled Chicken and Karaage (Chicken Preparation, Karaage, Oyakodon)

  • Tempura (shrimp tempura, vegetable tempura, tempura set meal, tempura soba noodles):

December 14th - 18th : Popular Japanese Cuisine

  • Most Popular Japanese Dishes: Hamburger steak, Japanese-style pasta, potato salad

  • Sushi 2: Inari sushi, decorated inari sushi, pressed sushi, kosode sushi, rolled sushi

  • Tonkatsu, Katsudon, Katsu Curry

  • Wagashi (by a Western sweets instructor: Matcha mille-crêpe, Dorayaki & decorated dorayaki, Sweet potato baked sweets, Fluffy cheesecake with Japanese-style decoration)

December 21st - 25th : Christmas Japanese Cuisine

  • Christmas Japanese Course, Maki Sushi, Jewel Box-like Rose Chirashi

  • Japanese Christmas cake (decorative cake sushi, clear soup, vegetable dish, salad)

  • Sukiyaki (sukiyaki, soup, pickles, sukiyaki chef's selection course)

  • New Year's Special Menu (considering several representative items from osechi, selected from those popular with foreigners: rolled omelet, kombu rolls, shrimp, sweet chestnut paste, fish cake, etc.)
