*Structure of lessons and lesson hours :
- Cooking lesson (including tasting and clean-up): 4 times a week: 4 hours 30 minutes - 5 hours
- Cooking technique support: 2 times a week: 1 - 2 hours
- Lecture on Japanese food culture: weekly: 1 - 2 hours each
- Japanese food culture training visit: once a week: 2 - 8 hours
- Cooking, tasting and cleaning up among students
*There will be no lesson on National Holidays in Japan. If there is a national holiday during the course period, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
*Lesson orders and contents are subject to change in order to learn different dishes organically, instead of separatedly.
*The Price above is Group lesson price (4 students or more) For semi private lessons(2 -3 students), it is 30% in addition, For fully private lessons(1 student), it is 50% in addition.
*If the minimum number of participants is not met, the course may be cancelled.
